When morning comes, we now invite you to enjoy a healthy breakfast in the comfort of your suite, or, weather permitting, on the deck, outside, next to the swimming pool. Whenever possible, we offer a selection of regional (and organic) products.
Your host’s gourmet creations for breakfast vary, based on products availability and his inspiration of the day. Here are some of his favorites you will certainly enjoy as well:

• season fruits platter topped with yoghurt and maple syrup;
• thin pancakes with berries, cheese and dates or apple and maple syrup;
• mountaineer’s omelet prepared with our garden’s bounties (in season);
• fruit cocktail...

In addition, the following products are available every morning:

• coffee (from "fair trade" origin),
• orange juice,
• plain and chocolate croissants, Danishes or other local delicacies,
• marmalades and jams.
